KAYAK and PADDLE BOARD STORAGE ---- The Board of Directors have decided that as a result of a review of the By Laws, it was found that Article X, Section 3b prohibits the storage and/or obstruction of any common elements. However, the board decided in the spirit of compromise that the owners of kayaks and paddle boards may stow their kayaks and paddle boards on any available finger pier rather than on any main pier such as the main boat mooring pier or the pier in front of the "A" Building. The storage of the kayaks and paddle boards shall only be for a temporary time period and not an extended period of time.
POOL COMMITTEE ----- The Board of Directors are seeking any interested owners who may have an interest in forming a pool committee. The committee would be responsible for working with the existing pool contractor and their life guards. The committee would make sure that the guidelines of the State, City and Health Department are being followed and enforced. The committee would also seek to find volunteers to act as pool monitors to check for pool passes and make sure that the number of patrons using the pool does not exceed the number of patrons allowed to use the pool at one time as was enforced last year. As of today's date it is anticipated that the number of patrons will be limited to 32 persons at any one time just as last year. If interested please contact Gary Maufer at g_maufer7949@aol.com or (443) 520-5175.
