Thunder Island is a privately owned Condominium complex. Many owners rent their units during the summer season, throughout the year or even annually. There is no central reservations support as all rentals are managed independently by the owners or through local real estate companies.
IMPORTANT: THERE ARE CHARGES TO RENTERS/GUESTS TO BRING BOATS AND/OR TRAILERS TO THUNDER ISLAND. THE CURRENT CHARGES ARE $100/wk PER BOAT AND $100/wk PER TRAILER.
